guest speakers to inform siminars conferences and congresses on available options
in education, employment, leisure time use and other relevant topics.
Counsels
clients members individually at request of participants.
Coaches and eads individuals and groups through life skills topics and facilitates their practicing and learning of new characters and strategies necessary for dealing effectively with everyday life:
Develops strategy and tactics for training consulting
and counseling by establishing focus on self-improvement, self empowerment, relationships,
family life, leisure, community or employment area, to meet expressed needs.
Analyzes,
screens and selects clients, by assessing case histories and reviewing problems
with addiction, levels of personal disturbance, inspiration, and motivation.
Creates
program topics and adapts learning and skill training sequences according to participant
needs and the objectives and orientation.
Arranges for approprate training
facilities.
Evaluates program effectiveness by comparing individual
and group progress to program objectives and individual goals.
